Corporate Networking Lunch

Career Services hosts our spring Corporate Networking Lunch (CNL), a large, multi-company networking event which has replaced our annual Spring Career Fair. The goal of the CNL is to provide firms with the opportunity to network and/or interview students on-campus for ?just-in-time? full-time and internship opportunities. This is an excellent way to promote your company and connect with students who are actively seeking employment opportunities in your industry or the function for which you are recruiting.

* Interviews may be scheduled before, during or after the networking lunch

The format of the Corporate Networking Lunch allows for multiple objectives:

1. Network with students: The reception-style format at the beginning and end of the event is designed to encourage networking among students and recruiters.  Between the two networking sessions, there will be a sit down invitational lunch where recruiters can invite students to join them.  This gives recruiters and students the opportunity to engage in more in-depth conversations, allowing recruiters to get to know potential candidates and market job opportunities in a meaningful way.
2. Interview students: By posting a position in advance, you will have the opportunity to review resumes, select candidates and have Career Services arrange your interview schedule.  In addition, as company representatives meet students during the networking lunch, you may invite students for unscheduled interviews in our Interview Center.
