We provide the Chicago GSB Discussion Forum in the hope that it will be helpful to prospective applicants to the Full-Time MBA program. We welcome your questions and comments as long as they are respectful of other participants. Please review the following guidelines.

You alone are responsible for the content of your messages, and any consequences of such messages. Chicago GSB reserves the right to terminate your registration if it becomes aware and determines, in its sole discretion, that you are violating any of the following guidelines.

• Chicago GSB does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, verify, or agree with the comments, opinions, or statements posted in discussions or otherwise contained in the Site. Any information or materials placed online, including advice and opinions, are the views of those who post the statements, and do not necessarily represent the views of Chicago GSB. Moreover, Chicago GSB assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or contents of any material posted.
• Prohibited Materials and Activities: You agree not to post any material or content that is obscene, indecent, harassing, threatening, libelous, abusive, bigoted or hateful, constitutes junk mail or unauthorized advertising, invades anyone's privacy, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law or regulation. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. In addition, you agree not to disrupt or interfere with the Site, or to alter or tamper with any information or materials on or associated with the Site.
• Editing and Deletions: Chicago GSB reserves the right, but undertakes no duty, to review, edit, move, or delete any material provided for display or placed on the Site or its discussions, at its sole discretion. For purposes of the immediately preceding sentence, "masked" vulgarity, obscenity or profanity (e.g. use of symbols in place of letters) is deemed to be equivalent to including the actual objectionable word, phrase or symbol in your post, message or otherwise on the Chicago GSB Discussion Forum. Chicago GSB reserves the right to not post or delete any such material from the Chicago GSB Discussion Forum. You may be contacted and asked to rephrase your post.
• Copyrighted Material: You are responsible for ensuring that any material you post on a discussion -- including but not limited to text, photographs, and sound -- does not violate the copyright or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party or is posted with the permission of the owner(s) of such rights.
• Limited Use: You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Chicago GSB representative, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; and you agree not to upload any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any Material that contains software viruses or the like.

Use of the site constitutes your agreement to comply with these terms and conditions. Chicago GSB reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time; changes will be announced here.

In addition, the moderator may move posts from one forum or thread to another if the discussion subject is more appropriately located under a different topic header.

Termination: Chicago GSB reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership to the Site with or without cause at any time.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Site is provided "as is," and the Site provider hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express and implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You use the Site and the information and material on the Site at your own risk. The site provider shall not be liable for any damages allegedly sustained arising out of the use of the Site, including for viruses alleged to have been obtained from the Site and including any consequential, special or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
