I emigrated from Germany in 1988, attended University of Chicago undergrad with a degree in Economics. Thereafter I spent two years in Stuttgart, Germany working in controlling at Robert Bosch GmbH, then another two years with Bosch in Campinas, Brazil as a plant controller. I had taken a GSB class as an undergrad, loved it, decided to come back for more. I'm now looking to switch to consulting, will work at Booz Allen & Hamilton this summer in Chicago. I am focusing my studies on Strategy, Accounting, and Operations Management, and I am co-chair of the Operations Management group, also active with DSAC.
Marcus is a second year student at the GSB and is pursuing concentrations in Strategic Management and Finance. He has a bachelor's degree in Business from Berufsakademie Mosbach. He is currently working for the GSB Admissions Office as a graduate assistant and is active in the Corporate Management & Strategy, European Business, Management Consulting and Risk Managment Groups as well as the Ski Club and Wine Club. This past summer he had an internship in Consulting with Booz Allen & Hamilton.
