Chicago GSB attracts recruiters from top companies around the world because they value the communication skills, teamwork experience, leadership training and analytical abilities our students offer. Among the ways the GSB connects you with top jobs are through:

  • On-campus Information Sessions - Last year, 297 corporate events such as Corporate Conversations, Corporate Networking Nights, Corporate Networking Lunches and Meet-n-Greets, were held on-campus. Students can learn more about specific companies, industries or job functions as well as make valuable contacts by attending these events.
  • On-Campus Interviewing - Last year, more than 225 firms visited the GSB to interview students for jobs. Companies who recruited included Apple, General Mills, Eli Lilly, Google, Motorola, Bechtel, American Express and Deutsche Bank.
  • Online Job Posting - In addition to companies that visit campus, many others post job openings through our online service. Last year, over 3,800 positions were listed.
  • Resume Referral Service - We directly supply companies, based on job description, with qualified candidates through our resume referral services. Firms who have used this aspect of our referral service include: ABN AMRO Inc., Citigroup, Frito-Lay, Inc., Unilever NA, The Walt Disney Company, Google, Oak Street Capital and Shell.
  • Extensive Alumni Network - You can reach out to a global network of over 40,000 graduates in 94 countries in industries ranging from aerospace to real estate; from telecommunications to health care. Our alumni are a tremendous source of information, advice, company contacts and job opportunities.
