Booking InformationBooking RequestsAt this time, our formal booking request period has ended, but we continue to accept requests for interview and corporate conversation dates for the 2008-2009 season. First-Year Corporate ConversationsFirst-year Corporate Conversations will begin on October 20, 2008. Single Firm Corporate Conversations are ideal for companies that are well-known on campus and draw more than 100 students. For companies that attract fewer students, we recommend Multi-Firm Corporate Conversations, function-focused events allowing time for both brief corporate overviews and networking. Single Firm Corporate Conversations will be held Monday through Thursday in 90-minute time slots at:
Multi-Firm Corporate Conversations (MFCCs) will be held Monday through Thursday in 3.25 hour time slots from 4:45 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Each participating company will have 30 minutes for a corporate overview in an assigned classroom. Either three or four companies will participate in each MFCC, with a joint one hour networking session between the second and third corporate overviews. To book an event, please contact your Relationship Manager who can help you choose a date, time and location for your event. You will receive a written confirmation which will include suggestions for promoting your event, as well as catering and audio/visual options for your chosen venue.
